This was a pleaser for my teenaged sons. I have also made this with fewer shrimp and then added clams and mussels and baby scallops in the last five minutes, covered. If you have a nice paella pan, it can go right on the table in that and the second helpings stay warm. I garnish with lemon pieces squeezed in just before serving.
